Welcome to the Sandbox
Your Playground for the Imagination
Here is constructed a curated visual sandbox for you
It takes the subconscious reflex of the human mind (What the Mind Sees) and transforms it into a bridge of empathy, friendship, and profound connection. To change the experience of the lonely white cube of the modern gallery into a warm, shared sanctuary, the artist and the viewer must meet within the canvas—not as strangers trying to outsmart one another, but as friends in a shared creation.Â
The painting below is titled “Trip the Light…”

What are We Trying to Do?
It is hoped to engage your imagination and let your brain go to work decoding the patterns it sees. We do not want the canvas to trap you within a single, narrow narrative. Instead, let the artwork serve as a cooperative puzzle.
To fully appreciate the experience, Apofriendia requires that the viewer bring your own memories, emotional histories, and subconscious associations to the piece, to unlock its mystery. The painting may start with the artist’s brush, but it only finishes when you let your mind connect the hidden mysteries to your own life’s story.

We will all have fun as you share your experience. What did you and your imagination see? What triggered your brain to decipher the puzzle.Â
What You Say?
Want to Try Another One?
This painting is another good one, It has well defined spaces all combined together into this mystery Puzzle. The painting is titled “Tipping Point”
Below the artwork has 4 buttons below it. Each button will reveal a different way of seeing the original painting. First is the art, then is a blurred image (like you were squinting your eyes to see it out of focus), then the next button reveals the art in a grayscale without the many colors. Finally the image is simplified more almost like a line drawing.
Please remember to comment in the box near the bottom of the page (or click on the floating green circle to your left) so we can all share in your experience. Let us know what you did and what you were seeing, if you were seeing anything. Maybe also what triggered your brain to start trying to decipher what you were seeing.Â
